30 minutes before we get to work, take the puff pastry out of the freezer or take it out in the evening and leave it in the fridge until the next day.

In a bowl put 8 eggs, sugar, semolina, grated lemon peel, salt powder and mix well.

Keep 3 tablespoons of yogurt, and add the rest over the eggs and mix well.

On the floured table, spread the first piece of puff pastry well, then place it in a tray lined with baking paper.

Cut the excess dough and set it aside.

Prick the sheet from place to place with a fork, then grease it with a little oil.

Pour in the tray, over the dough half of the yogurt composition.

Place on one side (almost half a tray) fruits: cut nectarines, black cherries and cherries.

Then place the second spread sheet, cut the excess dough again, then prick the sheet with a fork and grease it with a little oil and pour the remaining yogurt composition.

From the remaining dough we spread a third sheet.

Beat the remaining egg with the 3 tablespoons of yogurt and powdered sugar, then grease the top sheet with this composition, pricked with a fork.

Put the pie in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, until it is set and passes the toothpick test.

It will swell a little during baking, but it will return to normal after we take it out of the oven.

After cooling, cut according to preference.

Good appetite!

We can also use other fruits, for example: apricots, peaches, raspberries, currants, blueberries, etc.

We can replace fresh fruits with dehydrated fruits, for example: raisins, cranberries, goji, plums, apricots, etc.

The tray I use has a diameter of 25/35 cm.

I did the fruit part for myself and my sister, the rest preferred it simple.

Use a glass jar, such as a Mason jar. A 16-ounce jar is best and can be found at Target, Michaels or any dollar store.

First throw oats, pour milk with chia seeds. Mix well to combine.

Add a few berries, just a few for a thin layer.

Then add the yogurt. Cover with more berries.

Close the jar tightly and leave it in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, open the jar, throw away more berries, close again or eat immediately. Doesn't it taste amazing !?

The yogurt and semolina pie is delicious. You can use commercial pie sheets or you can prepare pie sheets yourself. Beat eggs with sugar, add yogurt, semolina, essence and raisins. Grease a pan with butter and place half of the pie sheets - each greased with melted butter. Pour the filling and cover with the rest of the pie sheets, also greased with melted butter.

Put the remaining butter on top and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. After removing from the oven, cover the pie with aluminum foil or a damp towel. Cut after cooling completely.

Yogurt and semolina pie is served after it has cooled. You can powder with vanilla sugar.
The source of this recipe is the culinary blog Truedelights.

We prepare the filling in the following way: we mix the yogurt with the eggs, we add the sugar and the essences, homogenizing everything.

Grease a yena tray with margarine, place the pie sheets (about 5 sheets I used, greased with very little butter), add the filling and raisins, spreading another 3-4 sheets of pie on top of them. Before putting the tray in the oven, homogenize the 100 gr of yogurt with the egg and with the help of a spatula we spread the composition on the entire surface of the pie sheets. Bake over medium heat until nicely browned.

After baking, let the pie cool gradually, in the oven (with the door open, to avoid excessive baking). Eventually, a clean kitchen towel can be placed over it. Serve cold, powdered with vanilla sugar. Good appetite!

Yogurt, lime and cranberry pie

I heard about this pie by chance and I immediately liked the idea, I admit that I don't think I would have ever thought of yogurt pie, but once I discovered it I really wanted to try it too, but of course in the version mine, yogurt pie, lime and cranberries.

peel from a lime and juice from half

I took the pie sheets out of the freezer about an hour before I started working on the pie. I greased a tray with butter, I put in it about half of the sheets, greasing with butter every 3rd sheet.

In a bowl I whipped 9 egg whites, I added 8 yolks one by one over them (I kept the 9th yolk to grease the sheets on top).

I added lime peel, brown sugar, mixed well then added yogurt and mixed well.

The cranberries were soaked for about an hour in semi-sweet red wine, then I drained them well and incorporated them into the pie mixture.

Over the first layer of sheets I put the yogurt composition, then the rest of the sheets, also greasing with butter every 3rd sheet until I finished with all the sheets.

On top I greased the sheet with yolk, sprinkled brown sugar and baked the tray until the sheets were nicely browned and the yogurt filling hardened.

I put a damp towel on top of the tray and left it until the pie has cooled completely.

Delicious pie, I would never have thought to make, but now that I've tried I can't wait to make it but in other combinations and with a few more flavors.

Economical pie with leaves, yogurt and raisins

Any dessert that is made from pie sheets is extremely fast and delicious at the same time.

Economical pie with leaves, yogurt and raisins is no exception. Everyone simply loves it for its tenderness, delicate taste, light and fragrant.

Economic pie, with leaves, yogurt and raisins:

The whole process of preparing this dessert takes only a few minutes.

Just mix the ingredients and alternate the layers of sheets with the yogurt cream.

You don't even have to beat the eggs before.

Yogurt and sheet pie can be made with more or fewer eggs.

It works just as well in both cases. For one kilogram of yogurt, for example, 7-8 eggs or even 5-6 can be used.

If it has fewer eggs, it will be softer and creamier.

If it has more eggs, it will coagulate better and come out firmer.

Do not forget to put semolina in the composition, otherwise it will not bind.

The simplest pie cake with yogurt and raisins

The other day I had in the fridge a big box of Greek yogurt, almost a kilogram more exactly, which was fast approaching the due date. This is what happens when you shop without thinking. That is, if you do them when you are attracted to the offers of the merchants without taking into account the shopping list with which you leave home. You end up cooking depending on what you have in the fridge and pantry and not depending on what recipe you liked and you would like to try it or what you feel like at that moment.

I came to the conclusion that for me this is already a lifestyle, that I rather adapt to what I have in the pantry and refrigerator and I often cook improvising rather than planning something. This way of cooking, opening the fridge and burying a recipe on the spot, is more suitable for salty food recipes, where you often do not need exact quantities. Regarding dessert recipes and especially pastry, things change and must, whether you want to consult a recipe from a well-known cookbook and respect it or adapt it to your needs.

But let me go back to my yogurt and tell you what I did with it in the end, right? :) Well & # 8230 I say I made it the simplest pie cake with yogurt and raisins. And for the recipe I was inspired by & # 8220The royal cookbook of Princess Margaret of Romania& # 8220, where I found not one but two dessert recipes with yogurt. I chose the one with yogurt and pie sheets because I had a large amount of yogurt, I had a lot of eggs and I had just received the holidays, from Solaris a bag of brown raisins.

What drew me to this recipe for pie cake with yogurt and raisins it was precisely the simplicity of the preparation. And the end result, its taste was truly royal. So I advise you to try it without a doubt because, the simpler it is, the better it is. It will quickly disappear from the plates.
