Chicken penne, gorgonzola and broccoli

At one point someone asked me if I knew how to cook anything other than desserts. Besides the fact that I was supposed to eat nothing but pies and cakes (wow, I would like to, but I would weigh at least 100 kg in two months!), I was amused by his conclusion that if I have a blog where I only post desserts, that's all I know how to make. So there will be a series of non-sweet but super yummy recipes. So let's start with something light: chicken penne, gorgonzola and broccoli.


Ingredient:

  • 250 g tricolor pens
  • A big chicken breast
  • 250 g sm & acircnt & acircnă (good with normal sm & acircnt & acircnă and sweet sm & acircnt & acircnă)
  • 100 g of gorgonzola
  • Spices (basil, oregano, rosemary)
  • 1 head of broccoli (

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the chicken breast into cubes or slices, chop the green onion and garlic, peel the broccoli and cut the br & acircnza & icircn into cubes.

Bring the water to a boil with a little salt and oil, and when it has boiled, add the feathers. Boil for about 10-15 minutes, not too long to stay al dente.

Boil broccoli separately in salted water or, ideally, in steam, depending on what utensils you have, for about 10 minutes. It is then drained through a sieve.
In a frying pan, heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic. After about 2-3 minutes, add the previously salted and peppered chicken pieces. Hold until browned, then add the spices to taste.

When the chicken is ready to be browned, add the sm & acircnt & acircna and let it reach the boiling point. Then add the cheese and mix until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.

After the pasta is drained, mix it with the chicken sauce and gorgonzola, and at the end add the broccoli. If the broccoli is mixed with the pasta and the sauce, it will crumble and will not look too pleasant. Garnish with a little fresh rosemary if you have it.

8. Grease the dough with hot pepper paste and arrange the ingredients.
9. Put in the oven, and after it has browned, remove and sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh thyme leaves.
10. Have a good appetite!

Add the leavened yeast and knead an elastic and non-sticky dough. Leave the bowl in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips and brown lightly. Cut the capsicum into thin slices and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Peel a pineapple and grate it.

From the leavened dough lay two equal sheets. Grease each sheet with tomato juice, sprinkle half the amount of cheese and place the browned breast, diced pineapple, capsicum peppers, tomatoes and chopped green onions.

The pizza thus prepared is baked for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. After removing from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese. Serve hot. Good appetite!
