  • 500 gr flour
  • 80 gr butter at room temperature

We put the flour in a bowl and sprinkle the salt over it. Separately in a bowl we prepare the mayonnaise: crush the yeast, over it we put a teaspoon of sugar and 2 lg of milk we mix well then we add a spoonful of flour, we mix again and we leave the mayonnaise doped for 15 minutes. We heat the milk to keep it warm, not hot, and in it we add the sugar and mix until it dissolves. When the mayonnaise has risen, we add it over the flour together with the rest of the ingredients and we start a dough neither too soft nor too hard that we leave to leaven for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. on the work table for another 15 minutes after which we fry them in hot oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or you can even fill them with jam or glaze them with chocolate icing.
