I put it in the oven (preheated), I have a regular oven, on gas and I baked on low to medium heat, and I put the tray on the top level. I left it for about 15 minutes then I turned each cookie and I left for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve cold, even on the 2nd day.

  • 130 gr of hot water
