Rub the yolks with the sugar.
Add the lemon essences and peel.
Separately mix the cold milk (750ml) with the creamy cream bought until it hardens.
Combine the 2 mixtures and the cream cream results.
Make a fluffy whipped cream (for decoration). I bought 1 sachet of powder and mixed it with milk (150ml) until it bound and became fluffy.
Put the first sheet of creams and add all the cream. Put over and the second sheet of creams. On top, garnish with whipped cream and then diced fruits.
Let it cool for at least 10-12 hours (write in the book).
PS: Because the cream sheets did not soften as I thought for a long time (they remained quite strong even after a few good hours in the fridge), I was recommended that the last sheet on top be sprinkled with a little orange juice after adding it to the cake ... in this way at the end, the cream is cut nicely and does not crumble, the sheet softening enough.
PS2: or there is another variant that I found out after: the whole 2 sheets is not added whole on top of the cream, but it is crumbled and put crumbled.

A dessert consisting of 2 sheets of dough and a vanilla cream. The cake has a rich and creamy taste and is not complicated at all.
For the dough (1 sheet):
& # 8211 3 tablespoons hot water
For the cream:
& # 8211 4 sachets of vanilla-flavored pudding powder
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Beat the yolks and egg with sugar for 5 minutes, using the mixer.
2. Add oil, hot water, flour and baking powder, then mix a homogeneous dough.
3. Line the form (20 * 30 cm) with baking paper, pour the dough, distribute it evenly and bake the top for 10 minutes in the preheated oven to 200 ° C.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the dough in the same way for the second sheet and bake it at the same temperature. Remove the baking paper and allow the countertops to cool.
5. Beat the egg whites with the sugar for 10 minutes with the mixer until you get firm tips.
6. Pour the cold water into a saucepan, add the pudding powder, 20 tablespoons of sugar and put the composition on the fire. Boil it, stirring constantly with a fork, until it becomes dense.
7. Gradually add the cream to the egg white bowl and mix with the mixer for 5 minutes, until the composition becomes homogeneous.
8. Place the first top in the form, add and spread all the cream, then cover it with the second top.
9. Refrigerate the cake for 12 hours.
10. Cut the dessert into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve the cake cold. We assure you that no one will be able to refuse it and will not give up an additional portion!
Creamy with cherries
I haven't cooked anything sweet for a long time, this asthenia is to blame, I eat more fruit. But if today is a holiday then I have to make a cake. The recipe below is not a special one but I thought I would post it, maybe you can try this creamy version too.
- 2 cremsnit sheets (bought in my case)
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 200g sugar (this if you use unsweetened cream, if you use sweet cream put 1/2 of the amount of sugar)
- 750ml whipped cream (I advise you to put 1l)
- 20g gelatin
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 300g compote cherries
Rub the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar just enough to blend and then gradually add the milk. Put on a bain marie or if you have experience on low heat and always stir until it thickens a little. Add gelatin dissolved in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water and stir until it dissolves.
Let cool, move to a deeper bowl and add 500ml whipped cream. Mix and then add the beaten egg whites.
We put the first sheet, we frame it with a metal shape (if you want you can put it in a deep tray) and we put cream on it. We also place the cherries on top and then 250 ml of whipped cream (I advise you to put 500 ml because I barely had enough to spread it over the cherries). On top we put the second crushed sheet.
After I finished an idea came to me, I write it maybe you put it in half of the 2nd sheet to crush it and put it over the cherries, then the cream then the rest of the crushed sheet, it seemed too much to me a lot of crushed sheet on top.
Leave for 3 hours in the fridge and then serve cut into large squares.

This cream with homemade puff pastry and strawberries was very effective!
I don't know when I first made Cremsnit, but certainly before the net appeared and I also made it with homemade puff pastry.
Later I started to buy the sheets, it was lighter, I just made a vanilla cream and that's it.
Now I prefer to make them myself, to know what I put in them, and the satisfaction is much higher.
First we prepare the cream sheets. Divide the puff pastry dough into two equal parts and spread them with the rolling pin on a work table on which we sprinkled flour. Bake them, and cut the sheet we will use on top as in the picture, to make it easier to cut the cake.
We prepare the ingredients for the cream. We break the eggs one by one, one by one in a separate plate, to make sure we don't have rotten eggs. We sift the starch.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and starch and a third of the milk. We put the rest of the milk on the fire and we put the vanilla beans in it. When it starts to boil, take the pot off the heat, mix the egg composition once more and pour it over the milk, stirring constantly. Put the pot back on the fire and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring often and being careful not to stick.
When ready, set aside, add the butter and mix well.
Cover with the other sheet and put the tray in the fridge.
It is normally left in the fridge overnight. If you don't have patience you can try a slice of Creamy with whipped cream and faster. Before serving, powder with powdered sugar.
